As a cake artist, I’ll share the techniques I use every day, including how to handle and colour sugar paste, basic modelling skills, and how to choose and use the right cutters and tools to achieve clean, professional finishes. You’ll also pick up practical tips that will help you continue decorating with confidence at home.
