In this 3 hours class you will learn how to:

Cover a real cake using fondant/sugarpaste and get sharp edges for a perfect finish.
Learn modelling Santa head .
Realistic facial features.
Finishing the cake with many more tips and tricks.

We have limited availability and the batches are limited to 4 per class so a lot of one to one attention given.

Every student will receive a certificate of completion
All tools and equipment are provided with tea/coffee.
