• If your event is within six weeks from the time of order, you MUST CHECK with us first for the availability before you order. Rush charges may be applied for last minute orders.
• Once the order is placed it cannot be cancelled as they are handmade and personalised.
• Toppers will have basic likeness to the subjects and can not have exact resemblance.
• The toppers photos will be used on the website for promotional purpose without supplying any of your personal details.
• Your feedback may be used as a testimony on the website.
• Although until date we haven’t received any complaints regarding breakage during transit; as extreme care is taken with packaging of the toppers with bubble wraps and hardboard boxes we cannot assure if they are mishandled during post.
• There will not be any refunds if the toppers are damaged in the transit by Post. However we will help you to fix any breakages.
• As every cake topper is personalised and unique, we do not offer refunds as every topper is custom made to order.
• Full or Part payments are required to reserve dates for your cake toppers.
• The toppers will be dispatched only after the full payments are cleared.
• It is very difficult to make changes in the toppers once you have submitted the order form so please fill the form with clear instructions and check it before submission.
• Please send high resolution and good quality images for getting the details correctly on the toppers.
• Additional props and details may have an extra charge.
• Kindly note this is not a toy although can be used for doll house miniatures.
• Any Copy or Reproduction of the images or art work is restricted. Purchased photograph can only be used for personal purpose and commercial use is strictly prohibited.
